I am 49 years old, irregular metrations as a girl, my husband 39 years old. A few years ago we had several checkups and we were both fine about conceiving. It hasn’t happened until today. My macrobiotic cousin recommended a diet, given to him by a macrobiotic doctor , to also conceive him and his wife in adulthood. It worked after 5 months. The diet consists only of barley , rice , millet 55%, cabbage of which only cabbage and hood , carrots , white onions other 35%, cecilentils, beans 10%. For breakfast rice, rice milk or cream, barley coffee. What do you think? And if there is any other advice for me …… Thanks
