Your question is missing a fundamental “detail” every time you talk about a homeopathic medicine, the dilution you are referring to must be specified! With the same dilution, ie with the same CH or DH or LM, and if Bryonia is taken as a single remedy and not combined with others, THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE between drops and granules!
