Is gotu kola a good remedy for PMS?

Good morning! I kindly needed additional information about gotu kola that I bought in tablets (at the pharmacy) to be taken in the premenstrual period as I suffer from the syndrome and I swell, stagnate water, weight gain and cellulite increases . They recommended it to me. Do you think this is a good solution? So what about photosensitivity so I can’t use it now that I’m going to the beach? Thanks a lot for a vs, answer. Francesca
