I suffer from anxiety and hypochondria: how to get out of it?

Hello, I am a 49-year-old lady and I would like to raise my problem. I have always suffered from anxiety and above all I am a hypochondriac. This was accentuated after a big family problem at the age of 21. I have no major health problems but I live my day in fear of not feeling well, every little pain or discomfort makes me think of bad things. Until some time ago I was able to manage it better also because it was in periods. Now it is continuous and my body is affected in fact my quality of life has dropped (I can not even go to the hairdresser) I only do the really important things. Last year I couldn’t even go to work and I consulted a psychologist who filled me with drugs that I have never taken because I don’t like medicines. I don’t know if there can even be a beginning ofmenopause and symptoms intensified. Last year I had problems with heavy periods and now I take primolut nor 10 days a month and I am already better from this point of view because the iron deficiency was added to the whole. I have heard about natural cures, Bach flowers and homeopathy but I don’t know who to contact for this I wrote to you. I have always suffered from irritable colon and lately I have taken the fixation that I have to go to the bathroom every morning otherwise all day I always think about that. I look forward to hearing from you and cordially greet AMA

I recommend evaluating a new psychologist, as the length of the curriculum is not so important, but the “feeling” that must be created. He can also decide to try more than one to see who he is best with. It is important to feel comfortable with the therapist. Try Serplus (alpha-lactalbumin supplement) and eventually Magnesium Supreme. It is also useful to change your habits to get out of the “comfort zone”, as doing the same things every day tends to remain stuck in the same situation, to repeat it over and over. Kind regards!
