I am treating cancer, but I need a remedy for a bloated stomach

Good evening, I am suffering from liver cancer resulting from recurrent secondaryization of a breast metastasis from which I was operated on and cured. In 12 years the disease has moved to the bones and now to the liver. I have no particular symptoms regarding impaired digestive function. I eat little because of chemotherapy, and have had three in 9 months. But I would need to have suggestions on how to lower the transaminases and how to deflate this stomach that has been swollen for a few weeks among the chemo therapies. Can you recommend a treatment that does not reduce the curative effects of chemotherapy but that allows me to deflate and sleep well at night? Thanks Patrizia

Dear lady, given the delicacy of the situation, I advise you to contact your doctor, to understand and evaluate together if you can help yourself with natural remedies, without them interacting negatively with the chemotherapy treatments in progress. However, you can take some useful dietary precautions to try to counteract nausea, marking the moments in which it occurs and its causes (if due to the smell of particular foods or associated emotions); in the morning as soon as you wake up you try to take some craker or toast and even during the day you try to have more snacks even if you have no appetite. I also recommend that you try to relax before therapy with the help of breathing and meditation techniques. If you wish, you can contact me to let me know the evolution of the situation.

Good morning, for years now we have recognized the usefulness of combining natural treatments with traditional treatments (chemotherapy and radiotherapy) above all to reduce their side effects. For digestive problems, the remedy that I use most in my clinical practice is Aloe ferox in juice. But there are many other support such as oligotherapy, medicinal mushrooms etc. But for these support therapies, I recommend that you be followed by a doctor who is an expert, given the delicacy of the situation. Sincerely, Dr. Alessandro Ianniello
