Hummus light is delicious, with cauliflower

CAULIFLOWER HUMMUS LIGHT

A head of cauliflower
20 gr of tahini (sesame paste) or alternatively 20 gr of pumpkin or sunflower seed butter or 80 gr of avocado
a clove of peeled garlic
a level teaspoon of salt whole seawater
the juice of two lemons
2 tablespoons of olive oil, plus a teaspoon apart,
pepper or paprika or optional turmeric or curry
Boil the cauliflower by cutting it into florets and boiling it for about ten minutes. Drain well, allow to cool, put it in a blender together with the tahini, garlic, salt, spices, lemon juice and three tablespoons of oil.
Run the blender until you get a cream well blended in the ingredients, pour into a bowl, garnish with fresh parsley, cordiandolo or oregano and another teaspoon of oil. Et voilà, your cauliflower hummus light is ready.
