How to resist the low-calorie diet: my tricks

Today I reveal some tricks that I use or have used over the years to be able to stay on a low-calorie diet , that is to eat in an acceptable way and without having the impression of starving, but also to eat tasteless dishes or to follow all days the same or not feeling satisfied. Clearly, I am assuming that what works for one does not work for the other, for example one of these tricks is not recommended for those with high blood pressure, but for me who have chronically low blood pressure, it is perfect (as long as not if abuses). In other cases, some ideas may not like the taste.
But overall, some of my low calorie diet strategies can help and inspire you, and because I often recommend them privately, I decided to write an article about them.

HOW TO RESIST THE HYPO CALORIE DIET: THE TRICKS TO MAKE IT

1) Identify harmless foods to serve yourself often or occasionally : in my case, these are low- calorie sauces , often savory (in case, avoid salt), such as tabasco, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, mustard , the worchester sauce; of pickles , which I use to customize salads; of fresh aromatic herbs, which I use more than dried to cook vegetables; of syrups or zero-calorie flavorings , like this one from Myprotein, of food gelatin (gelatin sheets), which allows me to transform a glass of skimmed milk into a pudding. And of course sweetener and light drinks, of which however I make careful use.

2) Use some natural foods as a hunger breaker: this depends a lot on where you live, everyone has their own. For example, in the summer, I use a variety of cucumber (the Apulian carousel) which is sweeter than the regular cucumber, to cut it into pieces and season it with a little sweetener or zero calorie fruit syrup (Mysirup lemon sorbet flavor) and make it a fruit salad. The calories are about fifty in all for a large portion. Or, even in Milan I happened to find carob beans: a carob has a weight of about 30 grams, is sweet and should be chewed for a long time. A perfect hunger breaker with less than 60 calories.
Lastly, having very low blood pressure, I use licorice roots for occasional hunger: excellent fat burner of about ten calories (I’m not talking about licorice sweets, but just sticks).
