How to overstretch without gaining weight!

Those who are on a diet or who are always on a diet make the mistake of forgetting or feeling condemned to forget forever a series of delicious foods that we perceive as real food snags: but should we really limit ourselves and become so sad? Even if it is calorie or sweet, which of these can we eat with less guilt, at least once? Here, in this article I will explain how we can do to overcome even once or twice a week without gaining AT ALL weight. These are the most feasible cheats for me!
Seeing is believing (well, I’m offering you a nice sacrifice!):

SWEETS: If you eat these sweets for breakfast you won’t get fat. 
The reason:
At breakfast we can afford a more substantial and in particular sugary meal: the goal is to lower the glycemic index with sweets that have an important fat and protein resource. 
A portion of tiramisu or cheesecake or Nutella tart or a Nutella crepe or a Sicilian cannoli.
How many times: even once a week, with the foresight to reduce carbohydrates a little during the rest of the day. 
ALCOHOL:
 A glass of dry wine, red or white, but better red , is much healthier than a super alcohol, and can accompany the dinner meal, especially if it is protein.
The reason:slightly sweet wine has a low glycemic index. Alcohol tends to slow down the metabolism of sugars and fats, so it is best associated with a protein meal.
How many times: even three / four a week or half a glass even every day.
FRIED: Vegetables in batter or fried fish can also be eaten once a week.
The reason: of course, the cooking is heavy, but if we choose extra virgin olive oil and fry at home, placing the frying on absorbent paper, and perhaps using a batter with egg, the glycemic and fat load will be lower. Better to avoid the fries though.
HAMBURGER:Better than a hot dog, even in the cheeseburger version perhaps with grilled onions and other vegetables. The important thing is to choose quality meat. It’s okay once a week, for lunch or dinner, if we pair it with a green salad instead of fries. On the other hand, if the burger is on the plate, half a serving of fries will not tip the scales.
