How to make protein bars at home in a very simple way

I do a little outing: I really like protein bars . They’re great as snacks, allowing me to get more protein if I didn’t get enough from my diet on a particular day, which is a problem if you exercise and want to maintain your lean mass.
In particular, it is a problem if I am in periods of low calorie restriction (in my case always very light and not more than 15% of my daily requirement, which is about 1900 calories per day), in which, to preserve the lean mass, It’s important to get a little more protein than usual.

So I really like protein bars. Until recently I bought them, but they have a problem: they cost a lot less than buying mega-packs to save money (but you don’t save much either). Buy on demand, in shops or in gym distributors, means spending at least five euros for two bars. So no less than ten, fifteen euros a week that start off like this.

At this point, the DIY way (do it yourself), is the best way : you look for a recipe and you make it yourself , but on the internet it is full of recipes dripping with peanut butter and dried fruit and chocolate coating. All good things, for heaven’s sake, but which load the daily bar with useless calories in my opinion, when there is a much simpler and more effective recipe to make them yourself, and then eventually customize them.
The basic recipe is not mine, but it comes from Bodybuiliding.com
