How to make a 3-ingredient cake quick and easy

There is a recipe for a quick and easy cake called “3-ingredient cake”. Anyone can prepare it, even those who are not expert in cooking. In this article we see two variations of this simple but particular cake.

The most famous variant, the chocolate one, and the healthiest and most dietary variant: the wholemeal one for the diet.

Without a doubt , the most popular 3-ingredient cake is the classic chocolate one. Eaten like this, with a sprinkling of powdered sugar on top, the cake is not too caloric either.

In fact, an eighth of this cake provides us with 270 calories, and therefore it is also great for breakfast and even if you are on a slimming diet, with the foresight to eat a protein food to balance the sugars. For example, 125 grams of low-fat yogurt or natural soy, perhaps with a little stevia and cinnamon.

Ingrediants.
350 grams of Pan di Stelle biscuits or 30 Oreo filled biscuits
370 ml of semi-skimmed or whole milk, also delactosed
a sachet of baking powder

To make the cake quickly and quickly you will need a food processor and if you have an electric whisk.
Alternatively, a rolling pin and parchment paper (and a little more time) is fine.
