How to lower blood sugar with spices

Many spices are known to be rich in nutrients, but some of them are also useful for lowering blood sugar. Of course, the use of spices cannot become the holy grail of weight loss or health: but having the good habit of introducing them into our diet provides us with a little help to prevent hyperglycemia and high cholesterol, while reducing the desire for sweet. In addition, spices are often rich in antioxidants and trace elements that help us meet our daily needs for vitamins and minerals.
In particular, I would like to show you some spices that are useful for lowering blood sugar.

HOW TO LOWER GLUCOSE WITH SPICES:
Cinnamon: cinnamon has a hypoglycemic effect, the important thing is obviously not to overdo it. A sprinkle on baked fruit, on Greek yogurt with walnuts and a spoonful of honey or in homemade desserts is still a good habit for those with high blood sugar problems, for a total of up to one teaspoon a day: a 2013 study established that cinnamon was useful in countering the onset of type 2 diabetes.
Chilli: the merit would be of capsaicin , which in addition to promoting diet-induced thermogenesis, making us burn slightly more, would make us more sensitive to ‘insulin

Ginger:up to three grams per day of ginger would be useful in patients with type 2 diabetes, according to a 2014 study. We can use it in both sweet and savory dishes, or make a fresh root herbal tea.
Cloves: perfect in spicy dishes, more sweet than savory, in hot wine, in tea, cloves according to a 2006 study would help keep the risks of high blood sugar and high cholesterol at bay.
Curry: Powdered curry leaves have hypoglycemic properties. We can therefore use them to flavor vegetable and cereal dishes, as well as meat, fish and legumes.
