How to lose weight on the beach and without a diet

Are you at the sea? You have all my envy, since I still have to go on vacation. But you also have a unique opportunity to lose weight without a diet, but only with some food precautions and an incredible ally on your side: the sun, to lose weight on the beach.

The outdoors promotes slimming and weight loss. Just being in the sun and outdoors allows us to lose more weight than all day indoors. And in short, it would be a great pity not to exploit it. I did not say that you have to weigh everything, reduce portions, etc .: on vacation one tries to have fun. But for those who do not want to get heavy while exposing themselves in the beautiful costume, here’s how to turn the beach into a spa.

HOW TO LOSE LOSS ON THE BEACH AND WITHOUT A DIET

  • Hydrate yourself: the sun can cause water retention, the heat makes us sweat, and to allow us to get rid of liquids without carrying them around like a floating weight, we need to drink more. Even a liter of water more than our normal consumption. So at least two liters of water a day.
  • Have light snacks throughout the day . Raw fennel and cucumbers are a snack that counteracts water retention and does not hinder digestion.
  • Breakfast before the beach.
    It starts here, with a breakfast with fiber, fat and protein. Sugar-free or oatmeal granola, a sugar-free grapefruit or pineapple juice, Greek yogurt or skim milk, coffee.
  • Light lunch: on the beach have lunch with fruit and even some dried fruit. Strawberries, cherries, citrus fruits, peaches, pineapples are fine. Among the dried fruit prefer almonds and pistachios. Or a piece of coconut as an alternative to dried fruit.
  • Lunch alternatives. Occasionally, a wholemeal frisella dressed with oil and cherry tomatoes (for vacationers in Southern Italy), a mixed green salad (simple) or a plate of grilled vegetables. No heavy stuff. Granted an ice cream every now and then, the ideal would be the artisanal one, fruit or creams (yogurt, cassata, cream). No cream.
  • At dinner? Fish or meat: grilled fish or meat, preferring wines to spirits as an accompaniment and fruit sorbet for dessert.
  • Activities for weight loss.
    Following the dietary guidelines is useless if you stay all day on the bed. You would tan better in the water. The idea for losing weight is to go to the sea, not to the pool. Iodine is great for our metabolism. But don’t sit around making skewers. Take at least two baths, swim, walk on the water’s edge, walk in the water. In the evening after dinner, go out, take a walk, go dancing.
