HOW TO LOSE TOO MUCH KILOS WITH IIFYM
IIFYM is the acronym of IF IT FITS YOUR MACROS , which is something like “If it goes well according to your macronutrients”, where macronutrients mean carbohydrates, fats and proteins, but also the total calories must be taken into account.
Carbohydrates, proteins and fats must be in the right percentages over the course of a day. If the percentages are correct, we can eat anything: the important thing is not to exceed that quota.
As long as we follow the calorie ceiling and take into account our macronutrients, we can eat anything.
In the case of IIFYM, there is no standard breakdown for the share of macronutrients, but I’ll give you some examples and explain how to do it.
