How to detox without special diets

How to detoxify at particular times of the year? Have we eaten too much or ate heavily or do we still plan to do so? We want to stay light but, if on the one hand we are not motivated to follow a real weight loss regime, with lots of measures and foods yes or no, on the other we do not know how to improvise and would like a guide?

Well, in this article I will explain how to detox without following special diets, but with three options that we must maintain for at least three days in a row. You can choose one of the three and follow it without any problem: in fact, three days is too short a time for any imbalance to occur, especially if we have eaten too much or plan to do so. These three options will in fact be able to “cancel” the effects of binges or other periods of disordered eating. Let’s see them together.


HOW TO DETOX WITHOUT SPECIAL DIETS

Option one: use centrifugates.
A good idea is to use centrifuged or smoothies based on particular vegetables that drain and purify, but without “complementing” them with fruit or other ingredients. In short, pure centrifuged or smoothies that we can drink throughout the day without limit. During meals, on the other hand, we will try to eat very little, preferring lean protein sources (cottage cheese, white meats, fish, legumes) in the quantity of up to one hectogram with an abundant plate of vegetables to accompany.
The vegetables for our centrifuged must be used raw, alone or combined with each other. They are: fennel, celery, cucumber, watercress, artichoke hearts. If we blend them, we add simple natural mineral water.

Option two: use herbal teas.
Let’s say you don’t particularly love smoothies or centrifuged to lose weight. How to detoxify as an alternative? Simple, use herbal teas, and drink plenty of them throughout the day, without sweetening them in any way. For normal nutrition, follow the same rules as for the first option: meals based on lean proteins and vegetables. The best herbal teas are: dandelion, artichoke, fennel seeds, milk thistle, birch.

Option three: use soups.
The latter option is strictly low-calorie, useful if we have really exaggerated at the table and want to fast. It consists of having two normal meals based on lean proteins and vegetables (for example breakfast with cottage cheese or egg whites omelette, dinner with legumes or fish and vegetables) and one meal which can be lunch or dinner with only a large portion of minestrone without legumes or potatoes. The ideal would be to do it at home to use the best vegetables: fennel, onions, pumpkin, broccoli or cabbage, watercress, asparagus, artichokes, green leafy vegetables such as chicory and chard. If the fibers are causing you problems, make a past. Always add a tablespoon of raw oil to improve digestion.
