How to cut calories effortlessly
Consume fewer calories than the portions of food would suggest .
How to make light and tasty versions of a dish we love, but without the flavor being penalized. And if possible, eat cream puffs or chips at one third of the calories. Here, many of these things seem feasible to us, others less so (they haven’t invented them yet, for example), but when we cook without realizing it we often make certain dishes more caloric.
Here are ten little tricks I use to cut calories effortlessly or with very little sacrifice compared to the indisputable benefits of being fitter.
Here are my tips for cutting calories without depriving yourself of anything.
- USE PORTIONED BUTTER:Â If butter and fat go away by the spoonfuls, giving one hundred or two hundred calories more to the dish we cook, the portioned butter has the great advantage of being divided into portions of ten grams.
A very useful thing, because in reality ten grams of butter yield more than we think: we can make 250 grams of bechamel with the same flavor. They effectively season vegetables or eggs. In short: ten grams of butter is enough. - THE PORTIONED NUTELLA: don’t worry, let’s finish here with the portions. Portioned Nutella has over 150 calories for just 30 grams.
It seems very little nutella, but if we really want it it is always better to keep this at home than the jar. -  KALE CHIPS AND DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES: they cost so much to regret the chips, but if you really want a snack similar to chips, in pharmacies and organic or hypermarkets you will find sachets of kale chips and dehydrated vegetables (for example from Noberasco ).
Respectively 150 calories and about sixty per bag, compared to more than double the french fries in the bag
