The synergy of the ingredients in this recipe works by stimulating the immune and metabolic system and allows us to start off on the right foot. But be careful: for this to work, this special coffee must be taken in the morning, together with breakfast.

And not in the middle of the day, after lunch or even worse in the evening.
Let’s start with the recipe.

THE RECIPE FOR COFFEE AS AN ACTIVATOR OF METABOLISM

Why does this recipe work?
Let’s start with MCT oil , ghee or coconut oil. These types of foods contain medium-chain fats, such as butyric and caprylic ( 1 ). These fatty acids improve lipid metabolism, i.e. they allow us to burn fat better during the day, they are essential for a healthy bacterial flora, promote optimal regularity and help the immune system.
Cinnamon , on the other hand, is hypoglycemic, antioxidant and reduces appetite, avoiding making us overeat for breakfast ( 2 ).
Raw honeyit is very beneficial for both the immune system and the bacterial flora. It has antiseptic, antifungal and antibiotic properties, especially if we use Manuka quality ( 3 ).
Finally, the combination of coffee and bitter cocoa is known in traditional Chinese medicine because it supports the mind, promotes clarity, improves attention and productivity and has a thermogenic effect that is added to that of MCT oil. Additionally, this combination promotes liver detoxification ( 4 , 5 ). The calories for a teaspoon (it must not be level or full) are about 40.
Give up the sugar packet to get many more benefits but with the same calories and you will not regret it.
