Home gym equipment: fit with little!
Save time, money and effort by creating a home training space? I’ve been doing this for a year already, and this allows me to train even when I don’t want to go to the gym, and getting the same fitness and strength results despite not having spent a fortune on expensive and more professional machines. How to do it?
Today we see the basic home exercise equipment to build a do-it-yourself but complete workout , dividing the choices into two combos: the choice for beginners and the one for more trained people. The second choice obviously includes the home gym equipment of the first. Where can you find the necessary? I show you the products on Amazon, but you can look for them in sporting goods stores, such as Decathlon or similar.
HOME GYM TOOLS FOR BEGINNERS AND BASE:
1) Mat: a mat is always needed, to be able to do abdominals or other exercises on the floor without the discomfort of the floor.
2) Elastic bands: the elastic bands allow you to do resistance exercises practically in the free body. We can also take them on vacation and they are a great purchase. I prefer the open ones (ie with two flaps) and I have various weights, depending on the exercises (up to 60 kg). They can also be combined with each other for more difficult exercises. For those who want to tone the legs and buttocks are the minimum to consider to perform effective exercises. They also allow you to do yoga, crossfit and pilates exercises and rehabilitation exercises. Long ones should also be taken: short ones do not allow you to do many arm or multi-joint exercises. 3) Fitness Ball: The fitness ball (not to be confused with the medicine ball) is an inflatable ball that is perfect for stability exercises, abdominals, leg exercises, certain types of push-ups, bodyweight squats ( the ball goes against the wall, behind the back), some exercises for the buttocks. 4) Balance board: perfect for those who have to do rehabilitation, for those with posture problems, for those who want to sculpt and tone the body in a few moves. It is not easy to use, if not in the most basic exercises, but this tool alone allows you to gradually acquire new skills and make your training progressively faster (try doing a pistol squat above and let’s talk about it).

Total investment price? Less than one hundred euros. All without even taking up space (apart from the ball which, however, can be deflated).
