cool manOne of the big dangers of being on a diet is becoming “orthorexic”, or developing that fanaticism (or that series of fanaticisms) for food that leads us to gradually narrow the range of our food possibilities, increasing the list of foods not and finding food with increasing difficulty, yes. After calorie restriction, dietary orthorexia is the second thing to avoid like the plague . Don’t get me wrong: it is absolutely GOOD to avoid eating a lot of industrially prepared things , which have nothing to do with real food. But the environment does not help us: organic costs a fortune for many products, and has not yet become accessible as a frequent expense for most of us.I would never have the courage to tell a housewife to go grocery shopping. And, alas, not even to favor the local. I literally can’t spend twenty or thirty euros just for raw milk cheeses, thirty for fish, the same for meat, and then plenty of fruit and vegetables, milk tapped from some farm (where I live doesn’t exist milk on tap), algae and seeds. Obviously I’m not the only one, but like everyone I want to live healthy.

After having documented myself for a long time, I propose these ten ways to immediately make a healthy diet, without losing your mind, improving our metabolism and body weight. Some things may seem absurd to you (butter? TEN WAYS TO MAKE A HEALTHY FOOD
1) Learn to organize yourself:
