Girl says no to crash diet, and finally gets thinner
. But in order to enjoy herself more and eat healthily, she had followed a high-intensity fitness program and ended up eating 800 calories to get her dream body. Result? Despite the drastic diet and the loads of fruit and vegetables (only hers), Madalin did not drop by a pound, and she was swollen, more than toned as the program had promised her! At that point, she changed course and she decided to look for a personal trainer and nutritional coach to follow her.
Result (yes I know, I repeated it twice)? An 1800-calorie diet , so many for Madelin that she could barely eat them all at first.
Her story, and above all her photos, which appeared on her Instagram, are going around the world: on the left we see a thin girl but without a defined muscle mass, and therefore, as they say in English, a ” skinny fat “, or a person who without knowing it has more fat mass than lean, even if apparently weighs less: this is because the fat mass weighs less, with the same volume, than muscle; it is the physical condition of many women who do not train. On the right, a much leaner and more toned girl, the Madelin who now eats 1800 calories and counts macronutrients on Myfitnesspal,amazed at having to eat more and more than she is inclined to think.
Her message is very positive: she invites all girls like her to eat a few more potatoes or pancakes and train, instead of starving with a crash diet believing they are doing well!
