Get slim with these 4 chocolate snacks

Research from the past few months has established that eating dark chocolate can help you lose weight.

All thanks to the mix of antioxidants and healthy fats in chocolate, which stimulate the immune system and are a panacea for the metabolism. These chocolate snacks take advantage of this food to create healthy, greedy desserts, but above all perfect if you want to lose weight.

The recipes are taken from Dr. Clower’s book, “Eat Chocolate, Lose Weight” .

LOSE LOSE WITH THESE 4 CHOCOLATE SNACKS

  1. Oat and chocolate bars.

For 12 bars, mix 180 grams of oat flakes with 25 grams of unsweetened cocoa. In a saucepan, melt 50 ml of coconut oil or butter, 50 grams of honey and 70 grams of dark chocolate over very low heat. Pour the mixture into the cereal bowl and mix very well. Then pour everything into a low and medium-sized rectangular pan, level well with a spoon and let it cool for a few hours. Finally cut twelve bars. 167 calories. Ideal for breakfast.

  2. Chocolate pudding.

In a saucepan, combine 350 ml of skimmed milk with 3 heaping tablespoons of truvia and 30 grams of unsweetened cocoa until boiling. Switch off. In a bowl, mix 150 ml of skimmed milk with 25 grams of corn starch, an egg yolk, a pinch of salt, a level spoonful of truvia and vanillin. Pour the hot milk from the saucepan very slowly, then pour the mixture into the saucepan and cook until boiling (but do not boil), stirring constantly. Finally pour the cream into 4 cups, cover them with plastic wrap, let them cool and keep them in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Calories: 125 per serving. Perfect in the mid-afternoon.

  3. Chocolate and banana porridge (ideal for breakfast).

In a saucepan, put 200 ml of soy or skim milk, 250 ml of water, 150 grams of ripe banana in pieces, vanillin and a pinch of salt to boil. Pour in 80 grams of oat flakes, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa, a heaping tablespoon of truvia. Lower the heat and cook everything until the oats have softened (until boiling again). Serve hot with some cinnamon on top. For 2 servings. Calories per serving: 275.

  4. Earl Gray cocoa tea.

In a kettle, boil two cups of water, turn off and infuse two and a half tablespoons of Earl Gray tea leaves. Separately, mix two tablespoons of truvia with 25 grams of unsweetened cocoa, filter the tea in it a little at a time, mix carefully, pour everything into a teapot and serve. For three cups. Calories per cup: 35.
