For lunch, a plate of 60 gr. of cereals (spelled, barley, oats, brown rice, millet) or pasta or up to 200 gr. of potatoes (in salads or in foil) or up to 200 gr. of legumes already boiled with aromatic herbs and mixed spices + 300 gr. of vegetables in accompaniment of your choice, even mixed. Toppings: up to a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and a teaspoon of oil.
For those who eat out for lunch, a wholemeal sandwich with mozzarella and grilled vegetables or with bresaola and grilled vegetables (avoiding, however, pizza bread, seed bread, wraps, stuffed white pizza) + an orange juice.

Decide whether to eat a fruit after lunch or postpone it to the afternoon snack. As an alternative to fruit, a coffee and a diced extra-dark chocolate will help you not to eat more.
