Get fit on holiday in just 4 steps!
The holiday is the cross and delight of many people.
The cross because there are many who do not feel at ease with swimsuits and light clothes, especially women, who would like to arrive on vacation in perfect shape.
Delight because, whether you go to the sea or to the mountains to enjoy the cool , the holiday combines the word relaxation with that of binge.
Apericena, ice cream and snacks, dinners, and when you are abroad, every occasion becomes a good one to eat something local and greedy.
Nothing wrong with that, if it weren’t for the fact that many people, on their return from vacation, then complain of having gained weight despite the previous sacrifices and the fact that they walked on vacation.
Why are they swollen and heavier?
These are the reasons that no one will tell you.
IN SHAPE ON HOLIDAY: THIS IS WHAT WENT WRONG
- YOU HAVE BEEN ON A DRASTIC DIET (OR DIET FOR A LONG TIME).
Eat or have eaten less than your body required to get into that fateful costume, with the result that your metabolism is now used to spending fewer calories than it should. when in theory it should burn.
How? If an activity makes you spend 100 calories in theory, in practice your body now burns 50. If you had eaten more in a long time, with a high metabolism your body would have spent 120 instead of 100. This thing a lot. interesting is the most underrated of all and explains why 90 percent of the population get fat again after the diet, as long as they don’t stay on a diet forever (and always with more sacrifices). - YOU HAVE DONE LITTLE ACTIVITY BEFORE GOING ON HOLIDAY. The first holidays in which I did not have a “post” of heaviness, extra pounds and general swelling were the ones in which I avoided dieting before and trained already. eventful, adventurous or exploratory, in which the muscles retain extra water and sugar because they swell, and swell because they train.
If you walk all day to visit cities, you will have swollen legs at the end of the evening.
If you do this for multiple days, they will be swollen and hardened and you will experience increased water retention.
For both point 1 and point 2 there are solutions. Ben 4.
HOW TO STAY IN SHAPE ON HOLIDAY
- If you have been on a diet before going on vacation, the only solution is to hold back.
In particular, avoid alcohol, excess sweets, have fruit snacks for lunch and then treat yourself to a tasty dinner, book an apartment with a kitchen and don’t go to a hotel.
After dinner, take a long walk.
Also learn the lesson: diet always requires another diet.
Instead of living a perennial diet to have zero or few immediate results, try to do something smarter in return, which is to feed yourself (more but) better to improve your metabolism and the quality of your life. - Relax and, if you have planned a lot of activities, follow them with massages and hot / cold showers.
My holidays change from year to year and maybe yours too. If you have chosen to sit on your back all day, swim and move; if, on the other hand, you kill yourself from walking, do long sweets with intermittently hot / cold water and massages with refreshing gels to cool down your legs. - Take advantage of the holiday to help your metabolism.
The first thing is to sleep. Take advantage of the holiday to sleep more. This helps both your immune defenses and your metabolism a lot. Sleep for at least eight hours straight. - Don’t make it a tragedy: don’t think too much about the swinging weight and kilos of the return.
This will make your holiday less stressful and will also have fewer repercussions on your metabolism. Enjoy it, and try to simply eat according to your sense of hunger and thirst.
When you return, think about a new and different life, healthier, with adequate nutrition but also with good physical activity, for example by joining the gym.
