Get fit on holiday in just 4 steps!

The holiday is the cross and delight of many people.

The cross because there are many who do not feel at ease with swimsuits and light clothes, especially women, who would like to arrive on vacation in perfect shape.
Delight because, whether you go to the sea or to the mountains to enjoy the cool , the holiday combines the word relaxation with that of binge.

  4. Don’t make it a tragedy: don’t think too much about the swinging weight and kilos of the return.
