GEFORCE RTX 30: SLIDES “ANTICIPATE” THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE GPU

In the past few hours, some of the technical specifications of Nvidia’s new GeForce RTX 30 have emerged. Upcoming presentation?

As you well know, Nvidia should soon officially  unveil the new generation GeForce RTX 30 series,  based on the Ampere architecture by the end of the year. It would seem that the reveal date is quite close, given that in the past few hours the user CyberPunkCat has shared the performance benchmarks of the new GPU of the Californian giant on his Twitter account. We specify that, since these are simple rumors, we remind you to take the information that you will find below with the appropriate precautions, since Nvidia has not yet officially disclosed the features of the new RTX 30 series, reveal that it will take place tomorrow.at 18:00 Italian.

As can be seen from the images at the bottom of the article, we are faced with slides that compare the performance of the GeForce RTX 3090 with the previous 2080Ti , highlighting the brute “power” of Nvidia’s new GPU, which should guarantee better performance. (almost double) in Control, Minecraft and Wolfenstien: Youngblood, thanks to the presence of 5,248 cores , 24 GB of GDDR6X memory at 19.5 Gbps of clock. Furthermore, from unspecified sources, the technical specifications of the RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 have been revealed . The 3080 is expected to have 4,352 cores and 10GB of GDDR6X memoryat 19 Gbps, while as regards the 3070, this will have an undisclosed number of cores and an “old” GDDR6 memory, running at 16 Gbps on a 256-bit bus.
