foods that are badHave you ever the impression that the more you try to lose weight and eat healthy, the more you enter a jungle of explanations, logic, rules and regulations that neutralize each other , making you confused and desperate, in the absurd search for truth? Which foods are bad, which diet will be the ultimate for you?
Don’t you have the impression that we have reached a point where you can’t eat anything anymore?

Thanks to the internet, to blogs more serious than this, to forums of enthusiasts, to disposable diets and theories on nutrition that find their sounding board in the media, but which are also distorted, one gets the impression that  anything we are eating or it hurts or makes us fat(or both). Well, I have good news. Perhaps. Almost. The situation is less dramatic than you think. And in all likelihood you need neither dogmas nor rules for losing weight nor to know if there are foods that are bad or bad cooking that destroys nutrients , but only some good habits and a more relaxed attitude towards food, sport. , life in general.

In fact, I have just finished reading for you a very interesting book, written by a former guru (or a repentant guru) of the Paleo diet: the book, in English, is called ” Thou shalt not eat ” (means “you will not eat”, but in a biblical meaning from the eleventh commandment, such as “You shall have no other food”) and the author is called Scott Kustes . The subtitle of this title is brilliant, and it goes something like this: “How Diet Gurus and the Media Use Fake Science to Make You Fat, Fearful and Addicted.”
