Foods against dysentery: cream of rice and carrots

I am the only one in my family who does not have problems with colic and dysentery, despite having suffered from irritable colon for many years. But alas, that doesn’t mean he didn’t have anything to do with it; and in fact, when someone at home has dysentery problems, I always prepare this cream of rice, which can also be consumed for two days in a row.
It has the advantage not only of containing two of the best known anti-dysentery foods , namely rice and cooked carrots, but of being prepared in a way that is very digestible and light, so I recommend it.
Plus, it’s foolproof.

RICE AND CARROTS CREAM:
remedy against dysentery and intestinal flu

For 2-3 servings
300 gr of grated carrots or cut into coarse slices
100 gr of rice
a pinch of salt
the juice of half a lemon
a tablespoon of raw olive oil per serving

Bring about 8oo ml of water to a boil in a saucepan, pour in the rice (white, I recommend) after having quickly washed it under running water and the carrots. Cook for at least 30 minutes, checking from time to time, until the rice and carrots are crushed: if the mixture is too dry, add a little warm water. Allow to cool and pass the mixture through a vegetable mill or in a mixer, put the rice cream back into the pan, add salt, and season with the juice of half a lemon raw.
Consume lukewarm (and in any case not too hot) cream of rice, with a tablespoon of raw oil on top per serving.
