Flat stomach in a week: the tricks

Today I am going to show you all the possible and imaginable tips to try the impossible, that is to have a flat stomach in a week! But before proceeding and to be credible I must make an important premise. Unfortunately on the internet we read the most disparate things, and we are often led to believe them. Even from fairly reliable sites that have names with the words “medicine” or “health” in between, you will find the same advice we read in magazines.

And as far as the flat stomach is concerned, we can define a flat stomach when two things happen: one, it decreases the fat mass , which makes the abdominals visible; two, they decrease intestinal swelling and fluid retention. Clearly, it is impossible to reduce abdominal fat mass in just one week. Just as there are no diets that can make us lose weight where we want to. There is a scalpel, of course, but that’s another matter! And even killing abdominals to lose weight does not make sense: abdominal exercises stimulate abdominal hypertrophy. There are also exercises of “core stability”, isometric exercises that allow us to keep the abdominals in tension, and that if we do not aim for a pronounced and highlighted six pack, they can help us keep the abdomen tighter. This is also very important in terms of health.
