In 32 days, the flat stomach diet helps you have a super flat stomach and lose a total of seven kilos. In addition, the Flat Belly diet is not a crash diet, however it does eliminate some foods.
First of all, products containing wheat, including pasta, are abolished. Industrial and processed foods.
And foods that cause intestinal fermentation such as beans, onions and cabbage.
Also for the first 4 days only you should not use salt in the dishes.
From the fifth to the thirty-second day, four meals of 400 calories each are eaten, for a total of 1600 calories. In every meal there must be monounsaturated fats, precious allies for the diet (called MUFAS). At each meal you can eat chocolate or almonds and drizzle with olive oil.
