Five foods for a flat stomach

Bloated stomach problems? Replace these five high fodmap foods with these five other highly digestible, lower fodmap foods. What are fodmaps? These are particular chains of sugars which due to their molecular structure tend to ferment excessively in the body: they are often common foods, which we eat daily without knowing that they contribute to abdominal swelling.
Let’s see 5 to replace with 5 other foods for a flatter stomach.

FIVE FOODS THAT BELLY YOUR BELLY VS FIVE FOODS FOR A FLAT BELLY
– Apples vs. Blueberries:
Apples, watermelons and cherries are among the richest fruits in fructose, and like honey, they cause intestinal fermentation. To be replaced with red fruits, especially blueberries, and citrus fruits.
– Cottage cheese versus aged cheeses: lactose is a sugar found in milk and dairy products, but to a lesser extent or less in aged cheeses. Consequently, milk and dairy products are to be avoided if we suffer from a swollen stomach.
– Spaghetti versus rice:  yes, pasta and wheat derivatives have a high fructan content, which makes them difficult to digest for those suffering from swollen stomachs. Rice is better.
– Beans vs lentils:if you love legumes but don’t digest them, you don’t have to give up all legumes, but reduce the portions (a couple of tablespoons per meal) or prefer a legume with as few fructans as possible, such as lentils.
– Artichokes against zucchini : artichokes create air in the belly and are difficult to digest, especially if they are not cleaned of their most leathery parts; green light instead for zucchini or aubergines, which do not cause stomach bloating.
