Fitness woman: here are the problems that happen to women in the gym
Today I start the day with a semi -serious handbook (in the sense that even if they are real things it will make you laugh) explaining the typical inconveniences that a fitness woman, a fit girl or whatever you want to call her can encounter, in short: a woman who goes to the gym. Actually it’s not just my own thing, I read a similar article on Bodybuilding.com, and, although some things I don’t agree with (like: it will be more difficult to shave your armpits …), many things are true, frequent and happen to many women and girls who go to the gym.
THE INCONVENIENCES THAT HAPPEN TO THE FITNESS WOMAN
(and of which nobody or almost anyone talks about):
1) Your hands will be destroyed: sure, you can use gloves, but you can’t wear gloves that reach the elbows that also cover your fingers in a grand dance style . And when you are in the weight room, between dumbbells, barbells, barbell hooks, kettlebells to hold, you need either gel reconstructions (or similar) or continuous manicures. Not to mention the callouses that can come on your hands and fingers.
2) And the hair… er…: between frequent washing, frequent styling, etc., you can’t really stay one hundred percent tidy.
4) Goodbye boobs, or almost: women who go to the gym can get more firmness in the pectorals by bench pressing, but as we know the female breasts are mostly made up of fat. Since you go to the gym to lose weight, therefore reduce body fat, It is no coincidence that many competition athletes have their breasts remodeled and that the one hundred percent natural ones who do bodybuilding have an advantage if they start with small breasts.
5) You will have the trainer who will tell you that during your period you are stronger: studies show that during the period women have more strength ; this is how science often turns its back on everyday life. Because this is true if you have a painless period and no particular discomfort on those days. But between the stress of training and dieting, many women have major problems during their period. Imagine having to train your legs and buttocks on the first day of your period. If you have a particularly painful period, just don’t make it worse by exercising too much or too hard. If you overtrain or eat too little, your period could also lose it: unfortunately a frequent situation, which can be avoided by listening to your body and avoiding drastic roads.
