Fat-free diet under accusation

Goddess who today vents in the British newspaper The Independent, saying that the fat-free diet typical of the Eighties caused her osteopenia, and that only thanks to an active lifestyle and her passion for aerobics was she able to limit damage to a skeleton depleted by vitamin D and calcium deficiencies
