Fast metabolism with Ray Peat’s diet
Who is Ray Peat? Ray Peat is an American neurochemist and physiologist well known in America, specializing in nutrition and endocrinology, and whose articles on diet , metabolism, the role of hormones in regulating body weight and health have become so famous that he has a series of followers called “peatarians”. Various books have been written on his theories, and Ray Peat’s work is frequently cited and appreciated by dieticians and nutritionists around the world . In Italy, Ray Peat, who teaches abroad in various universities and is the subject of a real “cult”, is practically unknown. It’s a shame, because Ray Peat is a real thyroid wizardand the role of hormones in diet and weight regulation.
