Eye bags? Here are the facelifts
Bags under the eyes affect the beauty of a face almost more than wrinkles : even a young face can be really penalized by swollen eyelids and those unsightly “bags”. Wrinkle creams or eye creams often do very little. It is true that excess fluids and stagnation in the eye contour area can be soothed by a massage of the periocular area and daily hydration with some good products, but certainly not a cream that solves the problem. On the contrary.
Some time ago a French research pointed the finger at face creams, saying that the saying that how you spend you eat is not true. Sometimes it is the constant application of the product that reduces the problem a little. Which nevertheless remains. One less night’s sleep or a little humidity or even a state of fluid retention is enough for it to return
At the moment, a latest generation filler is the one based on calcium hydroxapatite ( radiesse), but the remedies based on botulinum toxin, or hyaluronic acid in gel (the liquid facelift or the tri site bolus) are still valid . This is to avoid resorting to actual plastic surgery, by means of a more expensive and invasive blepharoplasty, or lipofilling of the cheek area. The operation lasts only half an hour, no pain is felt because an anesthetic substance is associated with the filler. However, it is normal for local redness and mild swelling to occur after surgery .
The prices of a session of filler against bags under the eyes vary, but generally the minimum expenditure is around 5oo euros up to one thousand euros. These are interventions that are best done with real specialists, because the consequences even with the wrong filler can then lead to unpleasant complications. The important thing is to rely on the plastic surgeon , perhaps specialized in eye surgery, and not on the first person who claims to be specialized in aesthetic interventions.
