Gel against itching
Animals, especially dogs, can often suffer from itching due to dermatitis, the causes of which are difficult to trace.
In the absence of fleas and food intolerances and if the vet attributes the itching to stress, you can make a natural soothing gel for your dog .
Lavender essential oil is in fact an excellent remedy both to soothe the itch and to calm the dog in case of anxiety.
Ingrediants

Preparation : add the essential oil to the aloe gel and mix well with a spoon. Store at room temperature in a clean jar with a lid.
Apply once a day with a light massage on the areas where your dog tends to scratch.
Save the furniture from cat scratches
Cats find it really hard to forgo nail sharpening on sofas, straw chairs and wicker furniture. In fact, cats love to scratch the places where they rest and there are no repellents able to make them desist from this instinct. The only way to hope that our cat will save the furniture of the house is to try to make him interested in something else.
Buy one or more scratching posts in rope, wicker or paper or get a doormat in coconut fiber or a log: place the scratching posts near the places where your cat likes to sleep and pour a few drops of valerian essential oil on them . loved by cats.
Don’t forget to periodically shorten your cat’s nails, so as to limit the damage if he were to sharpen the claws on the furniture anyway.
Cat litter box deodorant
If animals live with us, essential oils are important allies to deodorize and perfume the house .
To prevent your cat’s litter box from smelling bad , clean it every day and deodorize it every day.
Ingrediants
> 2 tablespoons of baking soda > 10 drops of tea tree essential oil
Preparation : pour the drops of essential oil on the baking soda and pour it all into the clean cat litter box. Mix the sand from the litter with a scoop, so as to distribute the product evenly.
Periodically, empty the litter completely and wash it with water and vinegar.
