Energy ball, healthy and dietetic snacks

They are called “energy ball” but they are healthy and often dietetic snacks, which have the shape of balls, and many properties: these sweets nowadays so fashionable abroad (also called “energy bites” because an energy ball is eaten in maximum three bites) when made at home and with healthy foods, they are great for staving off nervous hunger and as a mid-morning or post-dinner snack .
You know when you think of the classic phrase: “Mine is not just hunger, it is more desire for something good?” and then you end up looting the fridge? There. Typical situation that with an energy ball on hand is easier to keep under control , precisely because the ideal energy ball is the one that satisfies and satisfies our desire for sweet despite the few calories.
The recipe of the energy balls I am talking about today, taken from Cooking Light, one of the most famous magazines of dietetic cuisine, has healthy and functional ingredients for weight loss: you get snacks of 58 calories each and 116 for a portion of two.

DIET ENERGY BALLS WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE
Note: please, weigh all the ingredients well!
For 14 energy ball
90 g of whole oat flakes
3 tablespoons of chia seeds + a tablespoon of flax seeds (tablespoon)
40 g of raisins
23 g of unsweetened cocoa or 20 of extra dark chocolate in small pieces
a pinch of salt
80 grams of honey
65 grams of creamy peanut butter or almond or hazelnut butter
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl or mixer, mix well the honey with the peanut butter. Combine the creamy mixture with the dry ingredients and turn well with a spatula or a wooden spoon, until they are all combined into a nice firm and sticky dough (help shape the balls by wetting your hands with water or lightly greasing them with a little oil coconut or olive oil). At this point, make 14 balls from the dough with your hands, put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and then in the fridge for an hour. Then keep them in an airtight container, always in the fridge, to keep them. They can be kept for a week.
Calories: for 2 balls: 116 calories. fat grams 13, proteins gr. 8, carbs gr. 30 of which 26 net.
