Easy diet? Try the pie diet
Staying on a diet is difficult if you have what in English they call “sweet tooth”, or a predilection for sweets: in fact, many diets cannot really be said to be simple to follow, precisely because one of the first things they put us in line with is to reduce sweets and healthier meals, where for a snack you eat a fruit and for breakfast our motivation to start the day well is titillated by a sugar-free herbal tea, three toasts and a teaspoon of jam (when you’re lucky). And the same thing must have thought Deborah Schipper , an Australian girl who as a food lover couldn’t keep herself on a diet for the love of sweets. And so she thought: why not develop an easy, nutritious and delicious diet that still makes you lose weight? And here is the Cake Diet, the cake diet : a 4-week regimen where sweets and other delicacies, obviously in a light and genuine version (here, let’s start to cool down a bit), are absolutely included. An easy diet for gluttons, yes, but which still guarantees results.
The book is in English but we can understand how it works and find alternatives.
LOOKING FOR AN EASY DIET? TRY THE CAKE CLEANSE DIET
Deborah Schipper has always suffered from insomnia and nervous hunger, especially a hunger for sweets, and skin problems. With this diet she teaches how to lose weight by eating healthy sweets, making healthy (but not depressing) snacks and above all by learning to cook healthily and quickly. To do this she recommends that you arm yourself with a blender, a non-stick pan, a muffin pan, a microwave and a microwave-safe mug. And of course you need to know how to cook. Deborah assures that at least 3-4 kilos are lost in this way.
