Dukan recipes for drinks to drink on the beach and in the summer
A useful article for doc Dukanians, but also for those on a diet and looking for drinks that can satisfy without weighing on the scales. Here are some Dukan drink recipes you can drink on the beach or for a quick breakfast before going to the beach.
They are absolutely healthy and ideal even for those who do not do the Dukan but want to dispose of some weight by taking advantage of the holiday opportunity.
For those not on the Dukan diet, starting breakfast with one of these drinks and a fruit is the best way to boost your metabolism without any health problems.
And maybe lose a little weight with a different breakfast.

DUKAN RECIPES FOR DRINKS AND SMOOTHIES

Cold frappuccino .
You can prepare it with a cup of skim milk (250 ml), a cup of espresso, 3 ice cubes, cinnamon to taste and stevia. Blend everything and drink.

Chocolate smoothie .
A cup of non-fat stracciatella or vanilla yogurt (200 g), 125 ml of skimmed milk, a spoonful of unsweetened cocoa, 3 ice cubes and a stevia-like sweetener.

Strawberry Milkshake Breakfast.
One cup of skim milk (250ml), one and a half tablespoons of non-fat Greek yogurt (50g), 3 ice cubes, stevia and strawberry flavor such as Crystal Light.

Vanilla frappuccino.
A 125ml jar low-fat vanilla yogurt (or low-fat white yogurt + vanilla flavor). 125 ml of skimmed milk. 3 ice cubes, a cup of espresso, stevia. Blend everything.

Cheesecake Milkshake.
Four tablespoons of fat-free light ice cream , two tablespoons of fat-free cream cheese, one cup of skim milk, vanilla or strawberry flavor to taste, sweetener to taste

Instant cinnamon ice cream.
A jar of fat-free Greek yogurt kept in the freezer for an hour. Blend it with cinnamon to taste, sweetener, three ice cubes, two tablespoons of light spreadable cheese (50 g), vanilla flavor and strawberry flavor.
