ABSORPTION OF SUGAR: THE DRINK THAT HELPS YOU
To prepare this drink you will need the following ingredients.
100 grams of white skimmed Greek yogurt, also delactosed.
A generous teaspoon of psyllium seed cuticle (find it here: Organic Psyllium Husk )
The juice of one lemon + a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
A teaspoon of oat germ
A generous sprinkling of cinnamon
A teaspoon of matcha powder ( you can find it here: Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder )
150 ml of water
The peel of half an organic apple cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon of erythritol (you can find it here: MeaVita Erythritol ).
Blend all the ingredients, putting the water last. Drink the smoothie you’ll get immediately before or right after your sugar-rich meal. You can also prepare it in advance, put it in a shaker and bring it to you. Just shake it well and add more water if it has gotten too thick.
Do not change any ingredients, including the type of sweetener !
