Dr. Porzio’s Tanning diet for a top tan
Dr. Porzio illustrates a diet useful for preparing the skin for the sun and thus obtaining a uniform and safe tan for the summer: it is called “Tanning diet”, a real, very healthy and natural tanning diet,  ideal for those who want healthier skin and a safe tan . In fact, it seems that the habit of a wrong diet, full of industrial and unnatural products, amplifies the problem of sunburn on the skin, its vulnerability to the sun’s rays and a spotty tan: first red pepper, then yes peels and the skin does not appear to brown evenly. We can avoid all of this with the Tanning Diet.
Dr. Porzio’s Tanning Diet
Drink at least two liters of water a day
Breakfast:Â Coffee or tea with whole grains and blueberry yogurt.
Snack: centrifuged with carrots, apples, kiwis and oranges with the addition of ginger or a natural juice. A vitamin C supplement with added bioflavonoids + 1 capsule of beta-carotene if you don’t smoke.
Lunch:Â pasta or brown rice with tomatoes and raw extra virgin olive oil + mixed salad with rocket and radicchio.
Snack:Â a sugar-free grapefruit or pineapple juice or unsweetened green tea
Dinner: Â Â fish, legumes or white meats with a side of broccoli, spinach or asparagus, fruit of your choice
Optional snack:dark chocolate
Advice for the skin : a preparation based on rosehip oil, sweet almond oil, baobabo oil, avocado, carrot and argan oil to use in the morning after washing. Choose natural cleansers based on these oils.
