Dr. Oz’s substitute lunch: the green smoothie
If we ate too much during the weekend and want to make up for it, nothing better than the substitute lunch conceived by Dr. Oz and his team : a green smoothie that replaces a normal lunch for three days in a row allows us to compensate for food addictions, always doing But be careful to eat “healthy” and “clean” at breakfast and dinner (for example coffee or tea + two slices of toast with jam for breakfast, dinner with meat or fish and steamed vegetables) without trying to do anything extra! DOCTOR OZ’S SUBSTITUTE LUNCH: THE GREEN SMOOTHIE
Four sticks of celery
A cucumber
Half a green apple
The juice of half a lime or lemon
A tablespoon of coconut oil (coconut milk is also good, not the drink but the original milk. spoon of chia seeds)
Half a cup of sugar-free almond milk (you can find it organic: alternatively oat or spelled milk or hazelnut)
Two slices of pineapple (fresh, ripe; alternatively: in a jar but without sugar, stored in natural juice
How you do it? Simply blend all the ingredients together with 3-4 ice cubes and enjoy! It can also be prepared earlier, in which case avoid ice.
