A creamy porridge with 25 grams of oat flakes cooked in water and mixed with 100 grams of skimmed Greek yogurt + 10 chopped almonds plus stevia and cinnamon.

An avocado toast with a slice of wholemeal bread, 40 grams of avocado and a soft-boiled egg on top.

A super creamy smoothie with 100 grams of persimmon apple, 100 grams of cottage cheese, 12 grams of dark chocolate or chocolate chips, half a cup of water, stevia.
