Dr. Oz’s May Diet
It’s called the “May diet” and it’s the regimen that Dr. Oz’s nutritionists have developed to deflate and lose a few extra pounds for the summer. A diet that I have chosen to tell you about because it is very easy, natural and healthy. It also works 100%.
Just follow the rules and the daily schedule with the quantities of certain foods. Every day on the basis of this scheme you can create always new and fresh dishes. But above all satiating.
THE MAY DIET OF DOCTOR OZ
Let’s start by looking at the rules for following the diet.
These will help you in case of doubts about the scheme but above all to make weight loss faster, so as to lose one kilo a week.
Without exercising. If, on the other hand, you also do physical activity, you can lose a total of 5-6 kilos per month.
Follow the 80/20 rule for your dish.
Eat 80% of your plate for lunch with side dishes of low glycemic index vegetables (below you will find the list), and for 20% lean proteins such as lean meat (chicken, veal, turkey, bresaola), fish, shellfish, shellfish or egg whites, season with a teaspoon of oil.
Those who are vegan can use the following ingredients instead: vegan quorn (ground or fillet), wheat muscle, natural tofu.
For vegetarians or to vary the diet: instead of meat or fish you can use skimmed quark or cottage cheese for the same amount, feta for half the amount.
Dinner with a plate of minestrone or vegetable cream, or a salad following rule 1.
Drink this detoxifying water before meals: in a liter of water blend 200 grams of strawberries and the juice of one lemon with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Drink a large glass before each meal. Instead of strawberries you can use the same weight of cucumbers if you want a more draining effect.
Have two high-fiber snacks between mid-morning and mid-afternoon .

Take a vitamin C supplement in the morning.
The supplement must be at the minimum dosage and natural type. An example is this here: Vitamin C C2000 . I recommend using half a tablet.
