Dr. Oz’s Fat Flush Deflating Diet
A three-day diet developed by Dr. Oz with the complicity of Dr. Hyman , author of several successful books on detox diets.
The diet presented in the latest episode of Dr. Oz is called “Fat Flush”.
It is a deflating diet that allows you to lose one or two kilos in just three days.
All thanks to foods that have anti-inflammatory and alkalizing power and thus allow to deflate the stomach , digest better, make the metabolism more active and fight against water retention.
The basic ingredient of this Fat Flush deflating diet is a soup of which at least three / four cups should be drunk during the day, apart from the rest of the diet.
RECIPE OF THE BROTH FOR THE DEFLATING DIET FAT FLUSH
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 1 cup coarsely chopped horseradish root or fresh ginger
- 1 cup diced pumpkin
- 2 cups chopped black cabbage
- 1 cup diced beetroot
- 2 diced celery stalks
- 1/2 cup chopped dried seaweed or a sage punch
- 1/2 cup of cauliflower
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of shiitake mushrooms or dried mushrooms
- turmeric powder, salt, pepper.
Put all the ingredients to cook with water to taste and without salt for about sixty minutes.
Then we move on to the blender.We can eat one dish for lunch and one for dinner, the equivalent of three / four dishes. What to eat in the rest of the Fat Flush deflating diet?
Here is the three day meal plan.THE DEFLATING DIET FAT FLUSH
Breakfast .
A smoothie with a glass of unsweetened almond milk, two teaspoons of almond butter and a handful of almonds or pumpkin seeds plus stevia.
Coffee or tea to taste.
Find everything in organic shops.
As an alternative to almond milk you can use oat milk, and to almond butter you can use sesame paste or organic hazelnut or peanut butter.
However, almonds or pumpkin seeds are essential.Lunch and dinner.
Alternate fish, chicken or tofu for 100 grams for two meals a day as a protein resource, plus steamed or stir-fried vegetables of your choice, and about 40 grams of boiled brown rice, weighed when dry.
You can dress with very little extra virgin olive oil and finish the meal with a kiwi or a mandarin or a handful of blueberries.
Before lunch and dinner, eat the soup for a plate and a half at least, about 3-4 ladles.During the day you can eat raw vegetables including fennel, cucumber, etc., with a teaspoon of Greek yogurt.
Do this diet for three days and you will get your fill of vitamins, fibers, low glycemic index carbohydrates but you will also have all the advantages of a diet that is essentially protein but also very digestible.
In short: three days that will allow us to deflate the belly and take away that kilo of excess fluids and intestinal swelling that make us tight skirts and pants.
