THE 9 SLIMMING SMOOTHIES OF DOCTOR OZ

The green drink (for 4 portions).
Two cups of fresh spinach, half a cucumber, half a stick of celery, a handful of mint, one of parsley, two apples, 3 slices of pineapple or one and a half glasses of juice, half an orange, a lemon wedge, 3 carrots.   Blend all the ingredients.
Eventually you can prepare it and keep it in the fridge. It should be drunk every morning, accompanied by a low-fat Greek yogurt for a 250-calorie diet breakfast. -
Energy boosting .
For breakfast or as a meal replacement if we want to lose weight. Blend two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa, 10 almonds, a ripe banana, a pinch of cinnamon and 150 gr. of Greek yogurt with 3-4 ice cubes.

The vitamin C smoothie (for 4 people).
2 oranges, half a bread / cantaloupe melon, a tomato, a cup of strawberries, 4-5 ice cubes. Perfect for boosting the metabolism.

Ideal for those who would like to fill up on vitamins but plan their meals poorly or think they are not getting enough. Blend a cup of chopped papaya, half a cup of green cabbage or savoy cabbage, half a cup of spinach, half a banana, half a green apple. To drink both in the morning and in the afternoon.

For 3 people: 800 grams of pineapple, 800 gr. of watermelon, 300 ml of coconut water, 100 gr. spinach, 200 gr. blueberries, 2 apples. Blend everything even without ice. -

To have glowing skin and fight nervous hunger, here is the Paradise Smoothie.
Blend a cup of well-ripe berries (including blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or a mix), half a cup of cabbage or radicchio with half a cup of milk or coconut water. -

To drink for 3 days in a row for a short detox regime, just blend a cup of raspberries with a squeeze of lemon, a teaspoon of almond butter or 10 almonds, a ripe banana, 10 spinach leaves, a tablespoon of seeds flax, half a cup of water.
