A 5-day diet with no foods to weigh or special foods to eat : a set of good rules to follow for five days in a row, so as to easily lose a kilo and deflate the belly.
Here is Dr. Oz’s new weight loss scheme: the 5 day diet with detox tea or teatox diet. 

Similar to the Master Cleanse diet, but by no means drastic, Dr. Oz’s 5-day diet causes us to lose a pound while allowing us to take a respite from many of the junk foods we usually consume.
Here are the rules to follow for five days. 

1) No industrial food
2) No sugar, alcohol, gluten and no skim or light products
3) In the morning, instead of tea or coffee, drink a bitter dandelion herbal tea or sweetened
with a teaspoon of honey ( like this one )
4) At breakfast, alternate between two eggs with a slice of rye bread and oat porridge (50 g) with blueberries, cinnamon and 3 nuts
5) At lunch for five days eat a plate of soup or vegetable cream without potatoes with 50 grams of dried legumes or 180 grams from boiled + a fennel seed tea with a piece of ginger 6) In the afternoon drink a cup of oolong or green tea with a little cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey (before six )

7) For dinner eat a salad with vegetables of your choice including spinach, radicchio, cabbage and cucumbers with a vegetable of your choice between raw tomatoes, raw peppers, boiled asparagus, raw fennel, raw celery (a mix is ​​also fine) and a tablespoon of oil + 200 gr of lean meat and white fish (or 150 salmon). Finish with a milk thistle herbal tea, always sweetened with a teaspoon of honey.
During the day, drink at least two cups of your choice between a licorice herbal tea and a milk thistle herbal tea.
