A probiotic , purifying, energetic and anti-aging diet is the new one-week weight loss plan proposed by dr. Oz in the show of him and is all about one thing to do a day, a different one for each day to improve each function and lose weight.
Let’s see what Dr. Oz’s weekly cleansing diet, which appeared on the Dr. Oz Show, consists of.

DR OZ’S WEEKLY DEPURATIVE DIET

What to do from day one.
Let’s start Dr. Oz’s weekly cleansing diet with a detox smoothie. According to Dr. Oz, just drink this particular probiotic smoothie as soon as you wake up to find yourself with a faster metabolism and a lot of energy.

Recipe. 
a glass of almond milk (not sweetened. You can find it in organic shops)
half a cup of blueberries or mixed red fruits, even frozen or black plums (100 g)
half a banana 
a scoop of soy or rice protein powder (30 g ) or 150 grams of skimmed Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt a jar.
a teaspoon of unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar.

The rest of the day, we eat two fruits of your choice as a snack, a plate of vegetables for lunch and dinner or a puree minestrone + 3 rice or corn cakes and or 100 grams of boiled legumes or 120 grams of meat or lean fish of your choice or 1 -2 eggs or 100 grams of goat / sheep ricotta, and a generous teaspoon of oil. After meals we can eat 3-4 almonds. This micro-scheme must be valid from day one to day four and then vary as per description.

From the second day.
Consume lemon juice on vegetables or by drinking lemon water before breakfast, and at least one citrus fruit of your choice from snacks. As I wrote in an article, water acidulated with lemon juice improves digestion and helps metabolism.

What to do from the third day.
Add a teaspoon of oil seeds at lunch or dinner, for example in soup. Chia seeds and flax seeds are preferred.

From the fourth day. A dandelion herbal tea should be paired with an afternoon snack.
