DR MIGLIACCIO’S EASY 1200-CALORIE DIET
BREAKFAST
A glass of semi-skimmed milk (150 g).
Coffee with a teaspoon of sugar.
Two rusks or 20 grams of biscuits or cereals.
MID MORNING SNACK
One of the following options.
Low-fat 125 g yogurt also with fruit.
Cappuccino with a teaspoon of sugar.
25 gram packet of crackers.
Or a seasonal fruit.
