A one-day diet is an ideal strategy for maintaining body weight, or for slow weight loss if, however, we do not stray during the rest of the days: in fact, the body does not fear only one day of even drastic caloric restriction, therefore a one-day diet. it is perfect for those who do not want to lower their metabolism.
I have already talked about the one-day diet of Messegué , today instead we see the one-day diet of Dr. Evelina Flachi , or the Monday diet, explained in an episode of the show “La prova del cuoco” and designed for the presenter Antonella Clerici. A day that we can think of as ideal if we have exaggerated Sunday, therefore using it as a compensatory diet.

DOCTOR FLACHI’S MONDAY DIET
Breakfast: a glass of water acidulated with lemon juice, a coffee or a sugar-free herbal tea.
(If you cannot skip breakfast entirely, choose a 125 g low-fat yogurt or a 170/150 g low-fat Greek yogurt such as Fage 0%, Vitasnella Greek yogurt)
Lunch: two boiled eggs accompanied by a large plate of mixed salad, dressed with lemon juice and at most a teaspoon of oil.
Dinner:  Grilled chicken breast with plenty of grilled vegetables, dressed with a few drops of balsamic vinegar or lemon juice.
