A last-minute, fast diet, for those who want to have a slightly drier physique in view of the summer, is given to us by Dr. Biale , nutritionist, journalist and diet coach: a quick solution, that is a one-week diet, which does not replace a slimming program but is a shock treatment to be done before the days of the beach, just to deflate a little, get rid of one or two extra kilos and get to the bikini in great shape.

It is called the bikini diet , and it is a three-phase diet: a first phase of the diet, purifying, based on vegetables and probiotic yogurt; two days of protein and low carb nutrition to combat water retention; three last days balanced and varied but with reduced sugar and fat intake. Overall a strictly low-calorie diet, to be done only for seven days and no more.

BIALE DOCTOR’S BIKINI DIET
first phase: MONDAY + TUESDAY

Breakfast: citrus fruit juice or 200 grams of pureed fruit with 1 jar of probiotic white yogurt + 1 tablet of multivitamin-mineral supplement
Snack: 200 g of natural berries or fresh pineapple
Lunch: 2 glasses of mixed seasonal centrifuged, 250 ml of probiotic white yogurt
Snack: peach and apricot fruit salad (200 g)
Dinner: 2 glasses of seasonal mixed centrifuged juice (under some recipes from Doctor Biale), 250 ml of probiotic white yogurt
