Diet without sport or gym
Most people tend to go on a diet without doing any physical activity . A while ago I was reading on a personal trainer blog: what’s the point of fanning out in the gym to burn 250 calories when you can just not eat them? Here, if we were to think that it was a personal trainer who said it and that it was not a provocation, but he was serious, we should also put him on the long list of people who say stupid things about diet and nutrition to look tempting and sell you their program. miraculous , but which then follow completely different rules in private.
In fact, almost everyone does exactly as the personal trainer pontificated: they reduce calories to excess , try one diet, then another, then yet another,they allow themselves to be tempted by a food philosophy , which then seems very wrong because they have heard someone more convincing tell them to change their diet. And so on, endlessly. A continuous and incredible stress in which you prefer to cut calories rather than get your ass off the chair.Â
Because the point is that: skeletal people who know how to go hungry, who are very good at starving themselves, are now everywhere . Girls with well-formed and enviable bodies do not. When they are not skeletal they are flabby. And anyone can be like that.
Here are the reasons why it is better to associate physical activity with the gym:
1) Because the muscles, without exaggerating, are sexy: good physical activity corrects many aesthetic defects.Â
2) Because you immediately buy a toned body, and gradually you will reduce the jelly of the fat.Â
3) Because dieting is depressing, while physical activity releases endorphins.
4) Because you increase the looseness, agility, perspiration of the skin.
5) Because you increase the total metabolism, without reducing the basal one (and with the diet alone you do damage).
6) Because if you increase your total metabolism, you can eat little more.
7) Because your clothes will go soooo much better.
8) Because those who do physical activity are usually directed towards healthier and more aware food choices.
9) Because you will be healthier, on a general level.Â
