Diet induced thermogenesis for weight loss (NEAT)

You know those thin people who seem “nervous”? Those who do nothing but stand or get up often from the chair, walk from side to side, play with their fingers, move their legs repeatedly, for example by swinging them? Yes, in short, the slightly neurotic ones. However, whose movements are not a real sport, but rocking, clicking, coming and going? Here, all those are NEAT activities, which raise the metabolism without us practicing any sport, but only by stimulating thermogenesis. But how to be more active with NEAT and thus stimulate our thermogenesis, burning more?
Here are some tips:

10) Walk back and forth when you are on the phone.
All these activities are NEAT and will allow you to raise your total metabolism without necessarily playing sports.
